Oral arguments were heard Tuesday (April 1) at the U.S. Supreme Court on the use of affirmative action. We have prepared a short summary of facts about the cases (29K .doc) to give out to journalists. It is set up so it can be duplicated on one sheet of paper, front and back. It can be used as a handout in presentations, classrooms, etc. Feel free to share widely. March 29, 2003
