U.S. DISTRICT COURT JUDGEThis matter is before the Court on motion of "proposed defendant-intervenors" seeking to intervene in this lawsuit as of right pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 24(a)(2), or alternatively, to intervene with the permission of the Court, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 24(b)(2). For the reasons set forth in an opinion issued this date, IT IS ORDERED that proposed defendant-intervenors' motion to intervene pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 24(a)(2), or alternatively, pursuant to Fed.R.CivP. 24(b)(2) is DENIED.
