ORDER DENYING MOTION TO INTERVENE


At a session of said Court, held in the U.S.
District Courthouse, City of Detroit, County of
Wayne, State of Michigan, on  JUL 07, 1998 .

This matter is before the Court on motion of "proposed defendant-intervenors" seeking to intervene in this lawsuit as of right pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 24(a)(2), or alternatively, to intervene with the permission of the Court, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 24(b)(2).

For the reasons set forth in an opinion issued this date,

IT IS ORDERED that proposed defendant-intervenors' motion to intervene pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 24(a)(2), or alternatively, pursuant to Fed.R.CivP. 24(b)(2) is DENIED.
