The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategic Plan was established through a campuswide, grassroots process.
The timeline stretched for 16 months. Feedback was gathered from thousands of students, faculty and staff from across campus. Every school, college and campus unit–49 in all–drafted strategic plans, and the university developed an overarching umbrella plan. The university plan and the 49 unit plans will be implemented over a five-year period and will be reviewed and refined annually through a continuous planning process.
