QUESTION PRESENTED

Whether the University of Michigan’s current President and his immediate predecessor, who are sued for damages in their individual capacities, are entitled to summary judgment on plaintiffs’ damages claims because the undisputed record demonstrates that they have not violated Plaintiffs’ “clearly established constitutional rights,” and therefore enjoy a qualified immunity from suit. See Harlow v. Fitzgerald, 457 U.S. 800 (1982).
